WHY DO UNI2THRIVE ?

Planning sucks. Planning is stressful. Planning is unrealistic.

Been there. Heard that. But that doesn't have to be the case. Planning can be fun, calming, and practical.

What if I told you that a majority (~64%) of students report experiencing extreme anxiety during their studies. I (Sharon) can relate to this as my university studies have been a huge trigger for anxiety. 

This planner was made in hopes that as you use it, you feel calm and empowered. It was handwritten and illustrated to help you set realistic and practical goals on a daily and weekly basis. We focus on the art of chunking down huge goals into bite-sized pieces for you. We believe that planning can be a fun and calming experience.


Our goal is to help you plan better so that you can hopefully be more successful in your studies and take care of your mental health as well!
